Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, with missing items, or incorrect in any way, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We’re committed to resolving the issue swiftly and ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered.

Simply email us at orders@lazzaretto.co with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable). We’ll take care of the rest!

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Lazzaretto products, but if for any reason they’re not quite right for you, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To keep things fair, we just ask that:

• The product is at least 50% full (so we know you gave it a real try!)
• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

What’s Not Eligible for Returns?

While we strive to make returns as easy as possible, some items are not eligible, including:

• Final sale or promotional items
• Gift cards and free promo products
• Products purchased from other retailers (please contact them directly for returns)

Exchanges

Not quite the right product for your skin? No problem! You can exchange it once for free for something else of equal or lesser value. Our team is here to help you find the perfect match.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
